《讲德经》是年龄时间老子（李耳）的哲学撰述。《讲德经》被誉为万经之王，是华夏汗青上最平凡的名著之1，对于华夏哲学、科学、政事、宗教等形成了难解作用。
据团结国教科文构造统计，《讲德经》是除《圣经》之外被译成外国笔墨颁布质最多的文假名著。老子是东方人最感废趣的哲学家之1。
国外首先把“讲德经”3个字分离翻译为“讲路”(The Way)、“德性”(Virtue)和“经典”(Classic)。但纲前每每选用的是汉语音译 “Tao Te Ching”。

The divine law may be spoken of, but it is not the common law. Things may be named, but names are not the things.
